“I would like to pay a huge thank you to Tim Toles and Northside Computer Services for his service and professionalism he gave to our company for the last 2 Months. Our server started giving us trouble and getting very slow on a Friday morning. Come Friday afternoon it got more serious as we were missing data on our Sage accounts package. My business partner knew an IT guy in the same Business Park and rang him and asked him to come around. He had one look at the system and told us that the server had collapsed and all back ups were not there and there was nothing he could do!!!! I called Tim on Monday in such a panic … Tim arrived at our office that same morning & stayed at it until the following Monday. Tim sorted out the problem and was also able to retrieve all our back ups. It was a very tedious job that not many IT people would be interested in solving, He was like a Rottweiler with a bone and refused to give up until he had solved the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim for any business regarding IT problems especially for small to medium sized business as he will really look after you’re every IT need. Tim is excellent at what he does and he is extremely competitive.”

“My laptop stopped working, got Tim’s phone number from Portmarnock’s Progress. Left message and Tim replied straight away. Came and looked at laptop, he took it away as the problem was bigger than he first thought. This was on Thursday afternoon. He kept in contact through Friday and Saturday to keep me updated. Sunday morning saw Tim return my laptop in full working order. He gave me a full typed report telling me exactly what he had done. I was very I impressed with his service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Northside Computer Services to anyone who has a computer problem.”
“I asked Tim to advise me about an external hard drive for my laptop. He told me what to buy and took my laptop and the new hard drive and sorted the whole thing out. He also had to reconfigure the storage on the C drive. He did this all promptly, delivered my laptop to my home and spent an hour explaining what he had done and helped me with some other anti-virus issues. All of this without the techno babble beloved of computer types. Thanks Tim.”
